We provide engineering staffing services to our clients, ranging from start-up to Fortune 100 consumer electronics, robotics/automation, enterprise/industrial design, energy and medical device organizations.
Our permanent placement, contract/temporary, and temp-to-hire fees are designed to partner with your leadership team and staff your organization, while keeping your cost-per-hire budget in mind. Creative Hardware Staffing Solutions offer five customized engineering staffing services:
- Permanent/Full-Time Placements (Individual Contributors): We will partner with your leadership teams to customize a recruitment strategy to hire the most qualified individual contributor talent per your immediate hiring needs on a permanent/full time basis. Our permanent placement fee is $10,000 for individual contributor hires.
- Permanent/Full-Time Placements (Management - Level Candidates): We will partner with your leadership teams to customize a recruitment strategy to hire the most qualified management/principal-level talent per your immediate hiring needs on a permanent/full time basis. Our permanent placement fee is 15% for management and principal level hires (excluding stock and/or bonuses).
- Permanent/Full-Time Placements (Executive - Level Candidates): We will partner with your leadership teams to customize a recruitment strategy to hire the most qualified executive-level talent per your immediate hiring needs on a permanent/full time basis. Our permanent placement fee is 25% for executive-level hires (excluding stock and/or bonuses).
- Contingent/Contract Staffing: We understand how critical it is to keep your product development and design efforts on schedule. Our contingent/contract staffing services will enable you to hire a SME consultant/contractor that can quickly become engaged and meet your organization's product development and design deadlines. Our goal is to minimize the cost per hire as much as possible for growing and small design engineering organizations. To accomplish this we have a guaranteed low gross margin schedule to fit within budgets.
- Temporary-to-Hire Placements: Sometimes product and design organizations will like to get to know their consultant/contractor before extending an offer for a permanent role. Our temporary-to-hire-placement services will allow your organization to hire a contractor on a temporary basis with intentions to convert to a full-time permanent employee. Our goal is to minimize the cost per hire as much as possible for growing and small design engineering organizations. To accomplish this we will waive the permanent placement fee once a contractor has completed a six month contract with your organization.
